个人简介

2010年6月于安徽大学工作, 主要从事机器学习、深度学习及其在医学图像,生物信息学中的研究。2013年入选安徽大学第三批青年骨干教师培养对象,2016/3-2017/3在University of California, Los Angeles,USA作访问学者,主持完成1项国家自然科学基金, 若干安徽省自然科学基金,现主持1项安徽省高校自然科学基金和企业横向课题,Google引用:792,H-index:18,发表的学术论文主要包括Medical Image Analysis, IEEE JBHI, KBS, IEEE TCBB, CMIG, MICCAI, BIBM。担任国际期刊TCBB,Pattern Recognition,TMI审稿人,担任SCI期刊IEEE JTEHM编委Member of Editorial Board (2019-至今), The 8th International Conference on Image and Graphics(ICIG)的TPC成员,MICCAI2017 BIVPCS PC member,CMBDA2022程序委员会成员,中国计算机学会会员,中国图象图形学会会员,安徽省人工智能学会会员。
